Homemade Tortilla Chips

(...served with melted cheese of course)!! Last night we stopped by Tony's parents house to pick up a few things. His dad was sitting in the recliner eating some nachos. I had a good feeling that Tony was going to request this snack upon returning home - and he did! But, we didn't have any chips. So, what's a girl to do??

Mix up a batch of her tried and true flour tortillas, bake until crispy, and top with sharp cheddar cheese!! Seriously, it took all of thirty minutes and they were soooo good! The best nachos I've ever tasted. I think Tony's dad would have been jealous. ;) Now we're anxious to have these again topped with from.the.garden tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapenos. Mmmmmm!
