The last full weekend in July we were able to take a little trip to the mountains, Thursday - Monday. After a very yummy {vegan} lunch at The Crescent Moon Cafe in Hickory, NC we made our way to The Green River Cove Tubing Company in Saluda. And there, amidst the trees, we floated down the river for 2.5 hours, enjoying the light rapids and each others company. :)

I would love for me and Ryan to do this tubing adventure. We are headed to Hickory the second weekend in September. Maybe we can find some time to do something fun!
