Humble Beginnings

Joey & Chrissie gifted me with several skeins of yarn Christmas morning. They had only one rule - that I use it all to make something for myself. So that evening I started on a colorful afghan and have been working on it off and on since. There are still many rows to add, but I love watching it come together one stitch at a time. I think it will look lovely in our artsy office... we might just have to buy a comfy little sofa to go with it. ;)

gorgeous colors and what beautiful beginning of an afghan! :-) What does "leia mais" mean at the end of all your posts?

Happy New Year!

Thank you so much, Jennifer. I'm actually still trying to figure out how to get rid of "leia mais." I think it might mean 'leave a comment' in a different language. Not sure... it confuses me. :)

I googled it after i left you a note (which i should have done to begin with lol). It means "read more" in portuguese. I also found this for you:

Hope it helps!
